Laptops of Love
Adoption is Love is excited to be able to give away
500 laptops over the next 5 years to
foster, kinship and adopted youth in Minnesota
Who is eligible?
MN youth between the
ages of 12-26 who are:
-
currently in foster care
or -
are in kinship care
or -
who have been adopted in the last 3 years
-
and have no criminal history
Requests must be made by a:
social worker, other professional, foster parent, kinship parent, adoptive parent or guardian.
Youth 18 years and older may make a request for themselves. Please verify that you are eligible.
To Make a Request :
Please make sure youth is eligible
1. Fill out the form below and provide ALL information requested.
We need each boxed completed with as much information about the youth as possible.
We provide this information to a potential donor-we do not provide any confidential information.
2. You will receive an email letting you know we received your request and we will begin looking for a donor.
3. New laptops are usually fulfilled within 60 days and shipped by USPO, UPS, Amazon or Walmart directly to the youth or social worker. We need a complete mailing address for shipping.
