Adoption is Love will provide one $2000 grant and Patiently Waiting will also provide one $2,000 grant.
Together we will provide two prospective MN adoptive parent(s) with grants this May.
Who can apply:
Grants are awarded to singles, couples and families hoping to adopt through foster care, domestic, international, and same family adoption. You must live in Minnesota to apply for this grant.

Note: Our grants are for families in the process of adoption.They can be waiting for a referral of a child or waiting for placement of the child in their home.
We are not able to provide grants to families where the child has already been placed and the adoption has been finalized.
Grant Criteria:
You must be a resident of Minnesota

Must have a completed and approved Homestudy from a licensed agency. This will show you are financially solvent to support a child or children.

Completed application- if you leave any questions unanswered, your application will not be accepted.

Be a MINNESOTA resident.

Provide a photo of yourself/family.

Grant Review Process & Deadlines
We will accept requests from:
January 1- May 25, 2024

Deadlines: COMPLETE application with supporting documentation MUST be postmarked by the deadline to qualify:

The Application Review Team meets 10 days after the deadline to select a deserving family.
You will be notified by email about your application decision either way.

All funds are sent to your adoption agency.
